Full job description
Here at_ PRO Connections _ we value our Account Managers and the relationships they maintain with both our customers and clients. This position is entry-level with extensive training in all needed skills/aspects of this role. The perfect candidate will be responsible for acting on customer inquires, managing client relationships, developing our newest business opportunities, and providing perfect customer services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop customer relationships
- Build long-term relationships with our customers and clients
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Manage and maintain customer accounts
- Create reports of all customer interactions
- Identify customer growth and new company opportunities
- Display excellent customer service and support
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Be able to build personal relationships with each of our clients
- Leadership qualities and ability to be in a leadership role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Goal oriented

Pay: $865.00 – $1,280.00 per week
